Haleiwa Ali’i Beach : Norris Ohana

I LOVE Haleiwa Ali’i Beach on the North Shore of the island.  I always tell my families who are on vacation that it’s where Baywatch used to be filmed.  Everyone knows Baywatch right?  (run, David Hasselhoff, run!)  I spent some time with the Norris Ohana who was on their summer vacation.  Such a fun and beautiful ‘down to earth’ family,  loved spending time with them.  Thanks Norris Ohana!

There were 6 honus (turtles) laying on the sand.  They huddled behind one of them for a quick shot. Don’t touch the turtles though, they are endangered and they come with a big fine if caught touching.

And just one behind the scenes…belly and me.  It was a workout walking through the sand but walking is good right?
